Refund & Return Policy – Wear Gravitas

At Wear Gravitas, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products and carefully inspect every item before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except when an item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement will be processed only if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  2. The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  4. Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging are provided for verification.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Timelines

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–4 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Personal dislike or color variation due to lighting/screen display

  • Late reporting (beyond 24 hours of delivery)

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners after dispatch
